Dr. Chandra brings decades of diverse experience across continents and industries, including FMCG, Chemicals, Aluminum, Steel, Plastics, Engineering, technology and consulting. He founded numerous companies in the UK, Europe, USA, Africa, and India and held Chairman and Director roles in multinational corporations. Currently, he chairs CF Group of companies, Integrated Management Technology Solutions and BizProWorld. Dr. Chandra is an IIT Kharagpur graduate with a London University Doctorate, consistently ranking at the top academically.

He is a mentor, philosopher, business guru and guide. He has always turned challenges into opportunities.

Sanjiv Ray

Co-Founder & Managing Director

Architect and driving force of the platform, he is an accomplished business leader, strategist and a visionary. His accomplishments span a wide swath of industrial landscape with outstanding examples of business turnarounds, team building and setting-up experiences delivering exceptional growth, customers connect & profitability. He is a business strategy expert with special interests in logistics, supply chain and customer management areas. Sanjiv is a Sloan Fellow from London Business School, London and alumnus of NITIE, Mumbai and IIT, Kharagpur.

Sanjay Das

Sanjay has 45 years of distinguished career leading several organizations at CEO and other leadership roles, namely, CEO of Essel Group Companies for 16 years, CEO of UB Electronics Instruments, GM of Nelco among others. He also supports several social and CSR initiatives and mentors young entrepreneurs and successful SMEs. He consults larger companies on strategy, leadership, human resources and transformation.

Sanjay is an MBA from IIM, Ahmedabad, MS (Aviation Engg) from Cranfield Institute of Technology, UK and B.E. from Jadavpur University.

Jaideep Barve

Jaideep Barve comes with around 27 years of experience in large multinational and domestic companies, both in India and abroad. Jaideep expertise lies in Executive Management, Finance, Sales Finance, Audit & Assurance and Consulting functions across a spectrum of various Industry Sectors. He is also a mentor to entrepreneurs, prolific speaker and faculty at various business schools.

Jaideep is a Graduate in Commerce from Mumbai University, a Chartered Accountant and a Cost & Works Accountant from India, having secured a merit rank in the Intermediate Exams conducted by ICAI. In addition, he has also qualified as a Certified Internal Auditor, a Certified Management Accountant and Certified in Financial Management from USA.

Dinesh Kochaar

Dinesh is a successful serial entrepreneur and industry expert in textile, apparel, comforter, bed-Linen, biscuits and cookies manufacturing, tea, coffee, pharma, and real estate consultancy. He is Owner and Founder of Kochaar Fabrics and Rupani Inc and Director at Viviaan Pharma Private Limited.

Dinesh is a Commerce graduate from Sydenham College of Commerce and Economics (Mumbai University), Fashion Designing from IITC, and trained in Professional Selling Skills from Nalanda Foundation and Exports Courses: Markets, Product’s and Methods from Indo-American Society
