Worked closely with the owner-CEO and top management team of the company to identify the visions and missions of the company. Carried out diagnostics study and extensive data analysis to identify bottlenecks in various areas responsible for the business stagnation, such as cash-to-cash cycle, ordering process, execution quality, production quality and communication gaps. Undertook HR intervention at the top levels to improve functional collaboration and collaborative problem-solving. It led to inventory cost reduction, productivity improvements and a vastly improved sales cycle.
Turnover of the company jumped by 100%, improving company’s profitability over the contractual period of 18 months.
The company achieved ISO Certification. Formal HR manual was established and the company moved towards professionalizing itself readying for future growth.
